Gas M’sia earnings up on higher tariffs, sales volume

PETALING JAYA: Higher gas tariffs and increased sales volume have boosted Gas Malaysia Bhd’s net profit in the last quarter of its financial year ended Dec 31, 2017 (FY17).

For its fourth quarter to end-December 2017, Gas Malaysia posted a 49.2% jump in net profit to RM76.98mil from RM51.59mil a year earlier.
