Vertice appoints ex-chief justice Arifin as new chairman


Arifin has a wealth of experience in the Malaysian judicial system, most recently holding the post of Chief Justice of Malaysia from 2011 to April 2017 before his retirement.

PETALING JAYA: Vertice Bhd, formerly known as Voir Holdings Bhd, has appointed former chief justice Tun Arifin Zakaria (pic) as its new non-executive independent chairman.

In a press release yesterday, Vertice said former chairman Datuk Zarul Ahmad Mohd Zulkifli had resigned as the non-executive independent chairman to pursue other business interests.
