KUALA LUMPUR: The freeze on development of high-rise residential properties costing over RM1mil is having a negative impact on businesses and should be removed, says a local property consultant.
Rahim & Co estate agency director Robert Ang said the curbing of new developments – especially if it can't be justified – is “never a good option.”
