Sunway Property plans new launches worth RM2bil


PETALING JAYA: Sunway Property, the property division of Sunway Group Bhd, will be launching RM2bil worth of residential properties across eight locations this year.

This year’s launches doubles up from last year’s RM1.1bil worth of properties launched last year.

Separately, Sunway Property will launch RM610mil new investment properties including healthcare, commercial, hospitality, education, and investment assets in the developer’s flagship integrated townships and major integrated developments.

The launches will be Sunway Citrine Lakehomes, Sunway Onsen Suites, apartments in Sunway Velocity TWO, apartments in Sunway Wangsa Maju, designer shops in Sunway Wellesley, Sunway Geo, as well as condominiums Sunway Tianjin Eco City and Sunway Rivercove Residence in Singapore.

Sunway Bhd property division managing director Sarena Cheah said: “We will look to help new homeowners capitalise on the many opportunities we are offering, to be part of our growing and vibrant communities through our new Under The SUN Certainty+ financing campaign, which will offer purchasers and investors a convenient way to participate in Sunway Property’s growing communities.”

The Under The SUN Certainty+ financing campaign will feature a low down payment, cash rewards during construction period, guaranteed loan by Sunway Property, deferred payment, voluntary exit plan, and differentiated sum instalments by the developer.
