PETALING JAYA: Federation of Malaysian Consumers Association president Datuk Marimuthu Nadason has been appointed as Puncak Niaga Holdings Bhd
’s new board member.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the water concessionaire announced that Marimuthu would serve as Puncak Niaga’s independent and non-executive director from Feb 1.
