KLCC REIT records flattish earnings in fourth quarter


In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the company said all segments showed improvement compared to the third quarter of 2017, mainly from its hotel and retail segments.

PETALING JAYA: KLCC Real Estate Investment Trust’s (KLCC REIT) net profit for its fourth quarter ended Dec 31, 2017 was flat at RM345.52mil from the RM347.13mil in the previous corresponding period, while revenue in the fourth quarter rose to RM352.07mil from RM344.69mil a year earlier.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the company said all segments showed improvement compared to the third quarter of 2017, mainly from its hotel and retail segments.
