PETALING JAYA: Property and construction outfit Seacera Group Bhd
has received a letter of award from Fire Global Development Sdn Bhd for a RM202.8mil mixed development project in Terrenganu.
According to a Bursa Malaysia filing yesterday, the contract tenure is 60 months, commencing from approval of the building plan for the project.
