KUALA LUMPUR: T7 Global Bhd has received shareholders' approval to dispose of its property in Birmingham for £5.75mil (RM31.45mil).

The upstream and downstream oil and gas service provider said on Monday this disposal was part of its corporate exercise to focus on current business and new ventures.

“Proceeds from the disposal will be used to finance working capital for projects and general working capital of the group,” said its chairman Datuk Seri Dr Nik Norzul Thani N. Hassan Thani.

He said the proceeds from this disposal would enable T7 Global to strengthen its liquidity and cashflow.

“We are also optimistic that the group will deliver another good year following the encouraging fourth quarter results for the current financial year ending Dec 31, 2017,” he said.
