HONG KONG: China’s first sovereign US dollar bond in more than a decade has done poorly for investors who scrambled to get a piece of the rare offering amid overwhelming demand.
The tight pricing of the notes, lauded by China’s finance ministry, had a lot to do with it, according to analysts.
