Vivocom subsidiary bags RM143m construction job

KUALA LUMPUR: Vivocom International Holdings Bhd's subsidiary has secured a RM143mil contract to build affordable housing units in Gombak here, from  Almaventures Development Sdn Bhd.

The construction company said on Thursday Vivocom Enterprise Sdn Bhd had accepted the letter of award to build a block of 44 storeys, 902 units of affordable housing with seven floors of car parks.

Vivocom said work would start once it has received the site possession and the completion date would be 36 months.

“The project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of Vivocom for the duration of the project,” it said.
