Kerjaya Prospek plans bonus issue of shares and warrants

PETALING JAYA: Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd has proposed to undertake a six-for-five bonus issue of shares and six-for-20 bonus issue of warrants.

The proposed bonus issue of new ordinary shares entails the issuance of up to 677.44 million new shares in the company, on the basis of six bonus shares for every five existing Kerjaya shares held on an entitlement date to be announced later.
