Digistar plans RM80mil bond issue

KUALA LUMPUR: Digistar Corp Bhd is proposing to establish an issuance of unrated fixed rate serial bonds of up to RM80mil.

The application for the bonds have been lodged with the Securities Commission today, the company told Bursa Malaysia.
