Revision in acceptance condition to privatise Hovid


In a circular to shareholders yesterday, AmInvestment Bank said the offer price of 38 sen is higher than the ascribed equity value of 24 sen to 28 sen per share and represented a premium of 10 sen to 14 sen

PETALING JAYA: The acceptance condition to take Ipoh-based Hovid Bhd private has once again been revised down.

The company said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that it had received a notice from Fajar Astoria Sdn Bhd and David Ho that the acceptance condition for the offer had been revised to 67%.
