Yinson Energy files affidavit

PETALING JAYA: Yinson Holdings Bhd’s associate Yinson Energy Sdn Bhd has filed an affidavit with the High Court in connection with TH Heavy Engineering Bhd’s (THHE) application to the High Court under Section 368 (4) of the Companies Act 2016 for leave to novate the contract for the provision of engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (EPCIC), and leasing for the Layang floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) facilities.

The said contract is between JX Nippon Oil & Gas Exploration (Malaysia) Ltd and THHE to Yinson Energy.
