SESB's power deal

KUALA LUMPUR: Mega First Corp Bhd (MFCB) has announced that the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) between Sabah Electricity Sdn Bhd (SESB) and Serudong Power Sdn Bhd in relation to a power plant in Tawau will expire on Dec 2, 2017.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, MFCB said the Energy Commission has proposed new commercial terms of the PPA extension which has been agreed to by the board of directors of Serudong Power. — Bernama
