M Vertica’s Tower A attracts 85% take-up rate

Mah Sing's two-day preview of M Vertica's Tower A on Nov 25 and 26 attracted thousands of visitors.

KUALA LUMPUR: Tower A of Mah Sing Group Bhd’s residential development M Vertica recorded a strong take-up rate of 85% for its 808 units over its two-day weekend preview.

In a statement, Mah Sing said the event on Nov 25 and 26 attracted thousands of visitors on both days with registrants queuing up for unit selection at the Batu 2.5 Cheras project early in the morning.

“The project proved to be very sought-after by homebuyers as it has garnered 15,780 registrants of interests prior to the preview. This is due to M Vertica’s strategic location in Kuala Lumpur city which is ideal for owner-occupier and investors who are looking to rent,” the company said.

Interested buyers can view M Vertica’s 850 sq ft and 1,000 sq ft show units at the sales gallery, which is open daily from 10am to 6pm.

Mah Sing group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said interest had been strong for M Vertica as Cheras was a mature neighbourhood which had a pent-up demand for well-planned, modern properties.

“The good take-up rate not only shows the public’s trust and confidence in our brand and products but also proves that we are on the right track with our Reinvent Affordability campaign, which is to provide homes with good specifications in strategic locations at a price many can afford,” he said.

M Vertica offers residential units with indicative built-up of 850 sq ft (three bedrooms) and 1,000 sq ft (four bedrooms) priced from only RM450,800.

“The built-ups of the residential units with flexible layouts from three to four bedrooms make it ideal for working professionals and families,” Leong said.

M Vertica, with a gross development value of RM2.2bil, is a transit adjacent development (TAD) with the Maluri MRT and LRT interchange only 500m away and Taman Pertama MRT Station only 800m away.

The development is planned to be affordably priced urban luxury, with more than 40 facilities for homeowners’ enjoyment. Each tower has a link bridge that directly connects to the facilities deck for easy access.

The residential units are also designed to have unobstructed views of the KL city.
