’s net profit for the first quarter ended Sept 30 rose 15.7% to RM5.08mil from RM4.39mil a year ago, as revenue almost doubled to RM117.25mil.
“The increase in both revenue and pre-tax profit was mainly derived from the property development and logging and timber trading segments,” the company said in the notes accompanying its financial statement.
