PETALING JAYA: Fashion apparel firm Voir Holdings Bhd, which announced plans earlier this year to diversify into construction and logistics, has won a RM80.42mil construction sub-contract to complete the first phase of a mixed development project in Semenyih, Selangor.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company announced that the sub-contract involves the provision of reinforced concrete and mechanical works. The first phase of the project comprises two office blocks, a carpark and and a recreational centre, among others.
