PETALING JAYA: Shares in Palette Multimedia Bhd halted a three-day losing streak as chairman and managing director Eg Kah Yee lays the blame for the recent price plunge on a former investor who had made an “unconventional” public statement to explain his exit from the company.

Shares in Palette climbed 3.5 sen, or almost 10%, yesterday to close at 39 sen with more than 46 million shares being traded.
