Benalec expects gain of RM24mil from sale of land


Proceeds arising from the disposal are intended to be used to finance the company

KUALA LUMPUR: Benalec Holdings Bhd expects to realise a net gain of RM24.7mil from the sale of a piece of land in Pekan Klebang, Melaka to Titanium Hallmark Sdn Bhd.

The company said that it had signed a sale and purchase agreement to sell the land measuring some 216,427 square meters for RM110mil.
