KUALA LUMPUR: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd
(SDHB) plans to acquire a 16-storey office building in Bandar Shah Alam for RM43.5mil to house its head office and operational staff.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, SDHB said its wholly-owned unit, Serba Dinamik Group Bhd, had entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with Affin Bank Bhd for the proposed acquisition, which is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2018.
