Palm oil inventory expected to rise this month


Malaysian palm oil futures hit their highest in six weeks on Monday, aided by rival oilseed soy's gains on the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) and China's Dalian Commodity Exchange.

PETALING JAYA: The local palm oil stockpile is expected to increase this month.

According to plantation analysts, seasonal factors could lead to the elevated level of palm oil inventory.
