Yong Tai sales gallery for The Dawn project opens in PJ

PETALING JAYA: Tourism and cultural property developer Yong Tai Bhd opened its sales gallery here for The Dawn property project, which be constructed within its multi-billion ringgit development in Malacca.

The Dawn is the Company’s latest property project to be developed within its multi-billion-ringgit Impression City in Kota Laksamana, Melaka. 

The Dawn@ Impression City, to be built on a five-acre site, will comprise of one 28-storey block and another 29-storey block. The attraction would be the condominium-cum-hotel facilities.

The sales gallery and show unit was opened on Tuesday in Block A, Oasis Damansara, Petaling Jaya. 

Among those present at the ribbon cutting ceremony were Yong Tai's chief financial officer Paul Lam, chief operating officer  Zoe Tan, general manager of sales Frankie Tan and vice president of sales and sales administration Tanny Lor. 

According to Yong Tai, The Dawn is the first series of hotels in Impression City which are being designed towards the theme of the theatre productions.  

The Dawn will have a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM343 million and the condotel will be integrated into the 138-acre Impression City.  

Fronting the scenic Straits of Malacca, it is just 2.5km from Melaka’s heritage site and sited next to a major coastal road.

The Dawn is developed parallel with the Impression Series – Encore Melaka iconic theatre - a mega cultural performance and landmark project in Impression City. Yong Tai expects Encore Melaka is estimated to draw up to two million tourists every year. 

Building on the success of The Pines Melaka, The Dawn will be managed by PTS Leisure Sdn Bhd.

The Dawn comprises of 590 standard suites, 28 pool suites, 20 Jacuzzi suites and 10 VIP suites.  It has 712 bays which are located on the ground floor up to level five.

The standard, pool and Jacuzzi suites will each have a floor area of 46 sq metres or 494 sq ft, while the VIP suites floor area is 92 sq metres or 988 sqf.

The facilities at The Dawn include a lobby lounge, a swimming pool, children’s pool, gym, foot reflexology path, sky lounge, BBQ area, pick and go café and multi-purpose hall.

As part of Impression City, a RM7bil GDV development, The Dawn is slated to be completed by end 2020.

The sales gallery is at D-G-05, Block A, Oasis Damansara, PJU 1A, 47301 Petaling Jaya. It open from 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday and from 10am to 6pm on Saturday and Sunday.
