PETALING JAYA: Cuscapi Bhd is planning to raise RM79.8mil by selling new shares and warrants to a group of investors as the information technology firm seeks fresh funds to pay for future expansion.

The 300 million new shares will be issued at 25 sen each, while the 60 million warrants were priced at 8 sen each, with an exercise price of 27 sen.
