Dayang bags MCM services contract from Petronas Carigali


KUALA LUMPUR: Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd has bagged a maintenance, construction and modification (MCM) services contract from Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the Miri-based provider of marine support services to the oil and gas sector said this offshore job in Sarawak would span a primary period of five years with a one-year extension option.

It was effective Sept 20, 2017, and will expire on Sept 19, 2022, at an agreed fixed schedule of rates.

Dayang did not give the estimated or actual value of the MCM services contract in its announcement.

“The details of the scope of work in relation to the contract will be addressed in a work order which will be issued by Petronas Carigali and shall include any or all other work or services which is generally related to topside structural maintenance, workover preparation and facilities improvement project,” it said.
