SHARES of low-profile Ta Win Holdings Bhd hit their highest in at least 10 years recently with the market hardly batting an eyelid.

The stock of the company which makes and sells enamelled copper wires and copper rods closed at RM1.36 on Aug 8, its highest in more than a decade, with trading volume also ballooning by about 3 times from two months ago.
