Glomac unit applies to strike out RM154mil suit


PETALING JAYA: A unit of Glomac Bhd has received an amended writ and amendment statement of claim from Score Option Sdn Bhd in relation to a joint venture agreement between the two companies.

In the suit, Score Option claims a compensation sum of RM107.8mil for the loss of land, and unspecified amount of loss of expenses of the project as well as 22% of the gross development value of the project or a minimum of RM47mil, whichever is higher.
