PETALING JAYA: Bina Puri Holdings Bhd
has secured a RM35.03mil (250.6 million bhat) contract to develop two blocks of eight-storey condominiums in Bangkok, Thailand.
The property and construction firm told the stock exchange yesterday that its unit Bina Puri Holdings (Thailand) Co Ltd (BP Thai) entered into an agreement with WNC Construction Co Ltd Joint Venture and developer Fine 22 Properties Company Ltd, and Ya Thai Chemicaql Co Ltd Joint Venture to undertake the project.
