Bumi Armada sets up unit in Ghana


Bumi Armada crucially needs a change of luck, says Maybank Research.

KUALA LUMPUR: Bumi Armada Bhd, through its wholly-owned unit, Bumi Armada Singapore Holdings Pte Ltd, has incorporated a 60%-owned subsidiary known as Bumi Armada Marine Ghana Ltd (BAMG), on Aug 1, 2017 in Ghana.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the offshore oilfield services provider said Cypress Energy Co Ltd (CECL) owned the remaining stake in BAMG.
