Bhd has appointed Datuk Rozabil Abdul Rahman (pic) as its executive deputy chairman with immediate effect.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the company said its chairman, Tan Sri Razali Ismail, had resigned to focus on his personal undertakings.
