SP Setia to give preview of Kingsville bungalow units

Kingsville

PETALING JAYA: Property developer SP Setia will unveil the first phase of its Kingsville bungalow units in Setia EcoHill, Semenyih, in a special preview on Sunday.

The preview, which will be taking place at the Setia EcoHill Welcome Centre, is expected to see the debut of the collection of single-storey bungalows in the Setia EcoHill township.

Kingsville will comprise a total of 184 bungalow units made available in three separate phases.

The first phase of Kingsville, to be introduced on Sunday, will consist of 75 bungalow units, of which 59 are single-storey units and the remaining are one-and-a-half storey bungalows. Prices start from RM1.28mil.

Setia EcoHill general manager S.M. Koh said the English-inspired Kingsville architecture homes would be built with an open space concept for the layout design.

“We are building single-storey bungalows to cater for the needs of small families, empty-nesters, families with elderly members and terrace house owners who would like to upgrade their lifestyle.

“The demand for single-storey bungalows is high, but the market supply is rather limited. As the market leader in the property segment, we saw the need to build homes for the market,” he added.

Kingsville is accessible via key expressways such as the NKVE, PLUS and Silk-Kajang Highway.

Koh expressed his confidence that the response for Kingsville would be overwhelming due to its practical design, award-winning landscape features and the nearby amenities.
