Ter: Sunsuria in Sentul mixed project joint venture


PETALING JAYA: Sunsuria Bhd, in an effort to expand its development plans, has announced its intent to develop a mixed-development project on 2.23 acres in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur in a joint venture with Genlin Development Sdn Bhd, said executive chairman Datuk Ter Leong Yap.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Sunsuria said Goodwill Signature Sdn Bhd, which is 70% owned by its 99.99%-owned subsidiary Sunsuria Gateway Sdn Bhd and 30% by Genlin, would acquire the two pieces of freehold land from Genlin for RM28mil.
