KUALA LUMPUR: Turiya Bhd
has proposed to dispose of its entire 2.08% stake in Academic Medical Centre Sdn Bhd (AMC) to Chase Perdana Sdn Bhd for RM12.5mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Turiya said the proposed disposal was in line with its strategic direction to streamline its operation.
