PETALING JAYA: Construction outfit Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd
has received a contract for piling works in a related-party transaction worth RM64.22mil.
The company said in an announcement to Bursa Malaysia that the contract came from Kerjaya Prospek Property Sdn Bhd and was for foundation piling works as well as associated sub-structure works for a mixed project comprising a 25-storey hotel and office block, two 53-storey service apartment blocks on top of a 11-storey podium, one partial underground level and a three-storey basement.
