FGV appoints three directors


FGV has referred the cases of suspended group president Datuk Zakaria Arshad and group chief financial officer Ahmad Tifli Mohd Talha to a domestic inquiry panel.

PETALING JAYA: Felda Global Ventures Holdings Bhd (FGV) has appointed three new directors, all of whom hold office with parent Federal Land Development Authority (Felda).

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, FGV said it had appointed Datuk Abu Bakar Harun and Ab Ghani Mohd Ali as non-independent and non-executive directors, while Datuk Muzzammil Mohd Nor was named non-independent and non-executive alternate director.
