PCB mulls listing of unit in Hong Kong

PETALING JAYA: Pentamaster Corp Bhd (PCB) is considering listing its automated solution business on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd to increase its financing flexibility to fund future growth.

In its filings with Bursa Malaysia, the technology solutions provider said it would undertake a reorganisation of its subsidiaries involved in the automated solution business prior to the completion of the proposed listing.
