PETALING JAYA: One of the conditions precedent for the acquisition of Rumpun Capaian Sdn Bhd (RCSB) by Priceworth International Bhd
(PWI), a logging and wood product manufacturing firm, has been fulfilled following the approval obtained from the Sabah Forestry Department.
The approval refers to RCSB’s subsidiary Anika Desiran Sdn Bhd being given permission to extract and remove all commercial logs or merchantable timber from Compartments 57 and 58 within Forest Management Unit 5 (FMU5) in 2017.
