’s (VSI) recent proposal to acquire a 60% stake in Skreen Fabric (M) Sdn Bhd (SFSB) is expected to benefit the group in sustaining long-term growth, said analysts.
In a note yesterday, AmInvestment Bank opined that VSI’s move to own links in its supply chain is another step towards becoming a vertical-integrated supplier.
