Securities Commission revokes licences of three individuals


KUALA LUMPUR: The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) has revoked the Capital Markets Services Representative’s Licences (CMSRLs) of three individuals, namely Norhashmilaidi Hashim, Ngan Piang Heng @ Ngam Siong Fook and Abd Malik Abu Bakar.

In a statement, it said all three CMSRLs were revoked under section 72 read together with section 65 of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 (CMSA), effective March 27 for Norhashmilaidi and Ngan, and April 18 for Malik.
