Censof said under the DNeX rights issue, which was completed on Aug 3, 2016, it had fully subscribed for its entitlement of 182.47 million DNeX shares for 21 sen each and had obtained 182.47 DNeX million warrants for free

KUALA LUMPUR: Censof Holdings Bhd unit, Century Software (M) Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM7.5mil three-year contract to provide application maintenance services for the Inland Revenue Board’s (IRB) Electronic Revenue Accounting System (eRAS) and relevant hardware.

“Having designed and developed IRB”s eRAS in 2008, we continue to maintain a long-term working relationship with IRB,” Censof Group Managing Director Ameer Shaik Mydin said in a statement yesterday.
