I-Bhd sure of RM500m revenue by 2018

SHAH ALAM:  I-Bhd, the master developer of i-City here, is confident of getting revenue of RM500mil by 2018, which will come mainly from its property development segment.

Deputy chairman Datuk Eu Hong Chew said the company's property development chalked up a revenue of RM383.6mil for financial year ended Dec, 31 2016.

"Achieving a RM500mil revenue target for 2018 is not a big issue. If we add up our projects in the pipeline and our unbilled sales, we are confident of achieving the revenue," he told reporters after the company's annual general meeting here on Wednesday.

Eu said the group also expected to record sales of between RM300mil and RM400mil this year, derived from the sale of units in the “Hill10 Residence” and ongoing projects. - Bernama
