KUALA LUMPUR: EKA Noodles Bhd chairman Datuk Sohaimi Shahadan and group managing director Datuk Seri Chin Seak Huat on Tuesday resigned from the board, which is now left with four recently appointed directors.
In filings with Bursa Malaysia on Tuesday, both resignations were attributed to “personal work commitment”.
