Noorazman appointed UEM Group deputy chairman


Datuk Noorazman Abdul Aziz was appointed UEM Group non-executive deputy chairman

KUALA LUMPUR: UEM Group Bhd has appointed Datuk Noorazman Abdul Aziz as non-executive deputy chairman of the company with effect from April 14.

It said on Tuesday Noorazman is a long-standing board member of UEM Group, appointed on Nov 15, 2010. 

He is also an executive director, investments of Khazanah Nasional Bhd and the overseeing executive director of Khazanah Turkey regional office.
 
Noorazman joined Khazanah in May 2010 after having spent two and a half years as managing director of Fajr Capital Ltd, a Khazanah investee company. 

Prior to this, he held a succession of international banking and finance positions including with Citigroup, Bank Islam Malaysia Bhd, the then Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange and Labuan Offshore Financial Services Authority (LOFSA).
