AirAsia incorporates new subsidary

KUALA LUMPUR: Low cost airline operator AirAsia Bhd has incorporated AirAsia Corporate Charter Sdn Bhd (AACC) which will operate as a full-fledged charter and private unscheduled business jet operator.

AirAsia, in a filing to Bursa Malaysia yesterdayy, said the incorporation followed the proposed acquisition of one unit of Bombardier BD-700-1A10 Global Express 9M-CJG from Caterhamjet Global Ltd on April 13.
