PNB not acquiring more highways, preparing to list SILK

KUALA LUMPUR: Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB) says it is not going to acquire more highways as it begins prepping its infrastructure unit Projek Lintasan Kota Holdings Sdn Bhd (Prolintas) to get listed as early as next year.

“Let’s face it, there are not many highways left in Malaysia. They are not looking at any more highway acquisitions by PNB in Malaysia after Sistem Lingkaran-Lebuhraya Kajang Sdn Bhd (Silk) highway,” said PNB group chairman Tan Sri Abdul Wahid Omar.
