PETALING JAYA: Oil and gas firm Dialog Group Bhd via its indirect Singapore subsidiary, Dialog Services Pte Ltd (DSVPL) has acquired the balance 60% equity interest in EC-Dialog Pte Ltd for S$2.2mil (RM6.95mil) from Winsome Management & Services Pte Ltd, Wong Ming Wah and Tan Geok Tee.

EC-Dialog has equity investment in Catalyst Handling Research & Engineering Ltd, Dialog Catalyst Services Sdn Bhd, Dialog Services Europe Ltd and Dialog Services Inc.
