CALGARY,Alberta: Transcanada Corp has secured shippers' commitment for a pipeline associated with Malaysian state-owned oil company Petronas' pending Pacific NorthWest liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal in western Canada and targets 2018 for construction, the company said on Monday.
