YTL Power completes transfer of additional equity in APCO


PETALING JAYA: YTL Power International Bhd has completed the transfer of an additional 15% equity in Attarat Power Co (APCO), marking the financial close of APCO for the US$2.1bil (RM9.31bil) oil shale power station project in Jordan.

YTL Power’s stake in APCO now stands at 45%, making it equal to China’s Guangdong Yudean Group Co Ltd, while the remaining 10% is held by Estonia’s Eesti Energia AS (Enefit).
