Serba Dinamik buys 40% stake in Konsortium Amanie


PETALING JAYA: Newly-listed engineering solutions provider Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd is buying a 40% stake in water treatment plant builder Konsortium Amanie JV Sdn Bhd for RM34mil cash from FCA Capital Sdn Bhd and Mirmas Holding Sdn Bhd.

A filing with Bursa Malaysia revealed that Serba Dinamik’s wholly owned unit – Serba Dinamik Sdn Bhd – had inked a sale and purchase agreement with the parties that could see the group leveraging on Konsortium Amanie’s RM1.31bil contract secured from the Terengganu state government on April 28, 2016.
