SHAH ALAM: Eco World Development Group Bhd expects the property market to improve this year, supported by the low interest rate environment and positive buying sentiment.

Chief executive officer Datuk Chang Khim Wah acknowledged that the property market is challenging, but the interest rate has been attractive so far and property sales has maintained despite the Good and Services Tax.
